The COMEDK-Post Graduate Entrance Test (COMEDK-PGET 2016) is scheduled to be conducted in February 2016 and the exam dates have been announced by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K).
The exam will be conducted on February 7, 2016. The application form of COMEDK PGET 2016 is will release, tentatively, in the month of December.
COMEDK PGET 2016 is a national level postgraduate medical entrance exam which is conducted annually for admission to as many as 600 MD/MS/Diploma/MDS seats in 12 Medical and 19 Dental Colleges of Karnataka.
Eligibility criteria
The candidates must:
Meet all the requirements stipulated by MCI / DCI from time to time.
Have successfully passed their MBBS / BDS from an Institution recognised by MCI / DCI.
Have completed or will be completing their internship by April 30, 2016 at the latest.
Have obtained permanent registration with the MCI / DCI or any of the State Medical / Dental Council.
