University of Mysore to admit at its Bachelor's and Master's course in Architecture

University of Mysore has invited applications for admission to five-year Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) and two-year Master of Architecture (M.Arch) programmes offered at the University School of Design for the session 2014.
Eligibility Criteria:
For B.Arch Programme:
Candidates should have 12th standard/pre-university course or equivalent with minimum 50 per cent or above, 45 per cent or above for OBC, SC and ST (Maths and English compulsory). Or
10+3 diploma (Architecture, Civil & Interior Design) or equivalent recognised by central/ state Governments with minimum 50 per cent aggregate marks.
For M.Arch Programme:
Candidates should have B.Arch or any other equivalent as per Council of Architecture (COA) with minimum 50 per cent aggregate for all categories including OBC, SC and ST candidates. Or
Diploma in Architecture (equivalent to B.Arch-5 years programme-recognised by Council of Architecture).

ComedK notifies for B.Arch admissions 2014

ComedK, also known as the Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka, Bangalore, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission to Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) course in its colleges.

Eligibility criteria: 

Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with mathematics as one of the subjects and scored 50 per cent aggregate (45 per cent for SC/ST/OBC) marks.
Candidates must have passed 10+3 diploma recognised by Central / state government and having obtained 50 per cent marks in aggregate for General Merit Candidates and 45 per cent marks in case of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka.
A minimum score of 80 out of 200 for all categories of candidates in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture.
There is no relaxation in the minimum passing score of NATA to any category of candidates.

National Aptitude Test in Architecture 2014: Exam dates announced

Council of Architecture (COA), New Delhi has announced the exam dates for National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA 2014), which will be conducted from March 1, 2014 onwards. The test will be held from March 1, 2014.

Eligibility:
  1. Candidate, with less than 50% marks in aggregate, will not be admitted to the architecture course unless he/she has passed an examination at the end of the new 10+2 scheme of Senior School Certificate Examination or equivalent with Mathematics as subjects of examination at the 10+2 level.
  2. 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/State Governments with 50% aggregate marks.
  3. International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination.

NATA 2014 online application form will be available from 21st February

The online application form for National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) for the year 2014 will be available from 21st February. 
 
NATA is the qualifying entrance exam for admission to Architecture courses across the country. The Council of Architecture (COA), New Delhi, is set to conduct NATA 2014 for admission to Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) course, in all recognised institutions all over the country, commencing in the academic year 2014-15. 
 
According to sources, NATA 2014 examination will be conducted on 1st March
