IISc Bangalore invites applications for Postgraduate and Research programmes

The Indian Institute of Science (IISc ), Bangalore is inviting applications for admission to its Postgraduate and Research programmes, academic session 2014.

PG programmes offered:
Research Programmes:
Ph D in Science Faculty
M Sc (Engg) and Ph D in Engineering Faculty
Ph D in Interdisciplinary areas.

Course programmes:
Master of Engineering (M.E)
Master of Technology (M.Tech)
Master of Design (M.Des)
Master of Management (M.Mgt)


Ph.D integrated programmes in Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences and Mathematical Sciences.

External Registration Programmes (ERP).

Eligibility:
The applicant should hold a Bachelor's Degree as well as a Master's degree in relevant discipline, with at least 50 per cent marks in both, from any recognised university.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected for admission on the basis of their scores in CSIR-UGC NET / UGC NET / DBT JRF / ICMR JRF / JEST / GATE / IISc Entrance Test.
