AIPMT 2015: CBSE to release the answer-keys; Still no sign of a refund

AIPMT 2015: OMR sheets and Answer keys to be released

The Central Board of Secondary Education is set to declare the AIPMT results (All India Pre Medical/ Pre- Dental Entrance Test) on August 17. India Today had earlier reported that Dr Arvind Goyal, a Chandigarh-based AIPMT tutor had filed a PIL (Public Interest Litigation) seeking answer-keys of the candidates.
The candidates, as a result, will now have access to the scanned images of their OMR sheets and answer-keys by logging in through their Registration-ID. The OMR sheets will be made available to the candidates from August 10 at 10 am in the morning to August 11 till 12 midnight. The answer-keys can be checked from August 12 at 10 am to August 13 till 12 midnight.
According to CBSE's rules, a candidate has to deposit an amount of Rs 1000 if they raise an objection and that the amount has to be refunded if a candidate's objection is/are accepted.

Arvind Goyal, who filed the RTI seeking the total amount of fee received by the CBSE from students for filing objections and the number of objections received for various questions in AIPMT, spoke to Smarica Pant of India Today earlier and said, "It is impossible that the board does not have any record for all the objections filed. An exam that happens at a scale where nearly 6 lakh candidates appeared for it, is an issue of public interest and cannot be denied."
He further rued, "We expect that the Board returns the money of the candidates who filed objections earlier and did not apply any, this time. The records should be clearly maintained."
CBSE, however, has refused the requisite information.
