West Bengal JEE 2015: Counselling schedule


West Bengal JEE

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has published the counselling schedule for the West Bengal JEE 2015. The competitive exam is held for admissions to undergraduate level courses in Engineering, Technology, Architecture and Pharmacy. The candidates who clear the WBJEE are eligible for admissions to various universities, government colleges and self-financed institutes across the state.
The counselling schedule for the same is detailed below:
June 30 to July 7 (till 12 pm): Candidates to register online and download the e-challan
June 30 to July 7 (till 5 pm): Candidates to fill-in their choice of college and courses
July 5 to 7: Candidates to lock their choices
July 8: Result of first seat allotment to be declared
July 13: Announcement of vacant seats due to non-reporting or withdrawal of admission by candidates

July 14: Result of second seat allotment to be declared
July 15 to 16: Remote admission at Reporting Centre (Fresh allottee only) after 2nd round of seat allotment
July 15 to 16: Withdrawal by candidates at Reporting Centre
July 16: Vacancies due to non-reporting an withdrawals to be announced
July 17: Approval by the competent authority for conversion of seats on the basis of MIS reports
July 19: Result of third seat allotment to be declared
July 20 to 21: Remote admission at Reporting Centre (Fresh allottee only) after third round of seat allotment
July 20 to 21: Withdrawal by candidates at Reporting Centre
July 20 to 24: Candidates to report in person at final allotted institutes by all candidates who have been allotted a seat in any round
July 24: WBJEE Board to declare vacancy status after physical reporting of candidates at Reporting Centres
July 24: E-admission process to be closed
